- Primero. ABSTENERSE DE TRAMITAR la solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-057 de 2004, proferida por la Sala Tercera de Revision de la Corte Constitucional, por haber sido ya resuelta mediante autos 085, 144 y 172 de 2004, y 335 de 2010.
- Segundo. En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el auto 085 de 2004, RECHAZAR la solicitud.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al ciudadano Alvaro Rafael Pacheco Pimiento que se abstenga de instaurar nuevas solicitudes de nulidad contra la sentencia T-057 de 2004.
- Cuarto. Comuniquese la presente providencia al peticionario, informandole que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
